Join me as I delve into my list of favourite gluten free restaurants Perth! Perth, the wonderfully sunny, sleepy capital of Western Australia boasts a great food scene that caters to many dietary requirements. Most menus in restaurants around Perth clearly state the allergens. Being gluten intolerant, I have never had a problem at the eateries around the city. I have laid out my favourite gluten friendly restaurants in Perth. These are places that I continuously revisit as I know they are safe for me.
In my experience, restaurants in Perth are very aware of gluten intolerances and state which items on the menu are gluten free. There is a vast mix of restaurants on this list. Some are very casual, others are more up market. As always though, please be aware of cross contamination that can occur. Baan Baan
Baan Baan has got to be my favourite restaurant in Perth. It is set in a quirky old house on Newcastle Street in Northbridge. The cuisine is Thai fusion, and their menu is extensive with many gluten free options. They also have a delicious cocktail menu, featuring a coconut and kaffir lime daiquiri (which I have not stopped thinking about since I first tried it!) The food is so full of flavour and authentic. The crispy Thai pancake and the beef curry are my favourite dishes.
